A. [Full or Top Mount Position]
The Loop Choke can be administered from either the standing position or if you’re on the ground. It can be applied from the guard, full mount, or side mount. It starts from a simple cross-arm lapel choke and when one arm is looped over the lapel material becomes a tourniquet around the opponent’s neck. If the adversary is wearing a shirt this technique is viable.
