MC21.0 Guillotine Choke with Drop
You cannot always get the guillotine choke sometimes you take what you can get. In this case the opponent has sprawled and is not pulling backwards, so the hip stretch and tomoe-nage are not viable options.
Warning: This technique should only be practiced with a qualified AOKK instructor present.
Warning: Misapplication of this technique can cause permanent injury.
Execution:
Attacker shoots forward for a Double Leg Takedown.
- Kick your feet backwards to prevent the takedown.
- Place uke in a guillotine choke.
Attacker places his/her hands on your thighs or waist to prevent being taken down or thrown.
- Kick your feet out and drop face forwards to the tatami.
- Place uke in a neck lock and roll to your back.
- Arch your back and choke uke until he/she taps or passes out.
Warning: Never go to the ground if there are more than one potential attacker
