SC8.0 Forearm Strike and Side Figure-four Choke

Execution:

Attacker punches.

• Step to the side and parry the strike downward (LH).
• Drive a forearm into the opponent’s throat.
• The side of the attacker’s throat must be in the bend of the elbow.
• Tie to your free arm with the choking arm creating the figure-four choke from the side.
