[ML1.10] Reverse Pump Handle Arm-bar (Kneeling)

Warning: This technique should only be practiced with a qualified AOKK instructor present

Execution:                                     

    Attacker must be face down. This lock is a variation of the Reverse Arm-bar.

  • Pull the attacker’s arm forward and between your legs.
  • Pull the attacker’s head over the back of one your legs. His/her neck is behind the knee joint.
  • Ensure the point of the attacker’s elbow is facing you.
  • Pull one leg up into a kneeling position and set back.
  • Arch your back to increase pressure and dislocate the elbow joint.
  • Release the lock if uke taps
