[ML1.9] Arm-bar: [From the Side Mount]

Warning: This technique should only be practiced with a qualified AOKK instructor present.   

Execution:
  • Drop your shoulder and upper body weight on the attacker’s chest.
  • Grasp the attacker’s wrist with your left hand.
  • Sit into a side mount.
  • Wrap your right arm round the attacker’s trapped arm and create a figure-four lock.
  • Push down on the attacker’s wrist.
  • Pull up on the attacker’s elbow.
  • Arch the back using the legs.
