SL5.9 Two-Finger Lock:

Warning: This technique should only be practiced with a qualified AOKK instructor present.

Execution:

Attacker grabs your lapel.

  • Trap uke’s hand and vertical snap punch the his/her face.
  • As uke pulls away grasp his/her two middle fingers.
  • Bend uke’s fingers backwards to create a lock.

Note: You must use your striking arm to fend off attacks by uke’s other hand.

  • When uke resists and pulls backwards rotate your lock counterclockwise and push uke’s fingers upwards.
  • Follow this with a shin kick to uke’s groin.
