Part-1 Attacker: Front Kicks
Part-2 Defender: Trap Leg and Throw
· Pull trapped leg under armpit
· Spin 180˚ applying pressure to the side of the knee and throw the attacker to the ground (Leg Throw) (Sukui-nage Variation).
Note: Do not let the attacker turn and bend his/her knee to reduce stress on the ligaments of the joint, but if he/she does they can still be thrown.
Note: Tie off top the pant leg.
