Part-1 Attacker: Thrust his/her Bo Forwards

Part-2 Defender: Blocks, Traps and Jumping Kicks

• Pull back into a Cat stance to increase distance.
• X Shape Block the Bo thrust.
• Roll your hands over and trap the weapon.

• Push the weapon upwards.

• Jumping kick to the attacker’s solar plexus.
