Part-1 Attacker: The Attacker has Grabbed you with a Double-hand Choke.
Part-2 Defender: Wedge Block
- Your arms go between the attacker’s arms and your elbows go over the attacker’s arms and trap his/her arms. (Double Elbow Lock)

Part-3 Defender:
- The attacker’s arms are still trapped.
- The turn breaks the attacker’s balance and pulls him to the side.
- The right armpit traps the attacker’s arm.
- The L-H removes the attacker’s grasp on that side.
- Grasp the attacker’s right wrist with your left hand.
- Pull down on the attacker’s wrist and rotate your hips and strike the attacker’s left collarbone breaking it with your right shuto strike.
- Transfer control of the attacker’s arm from the L-H to the R-H. This keeps the attacker off balance.
- Spear-finger strike with the palm-up to the attacker’s throat below the chin.
