[5.1.0] Section-5 Kaishaku: Counter to a Two Hand Choke

Part-1 Attacker: The Attacker has Grabbed you with a Double-hand Choke.
Part-2 Defender: Wedge Block
  • Your arms go between the attacker’s arms and your elbows go over the attacker’s arms and trap his/her arms. (Double Elbow Lock)

[6.2.0] Section-6 Kaishaku: Counter to a Two Hand Choke (Cont. 5.1.0)

[Continuation of 5.1.0]

Part-3 Defender:
  • The attacker’s arms are still trapped.
  • The turn breaks the attacker’s balance and pulls him to the side.
  • The right armpit traps the attacker’s arm.
  • The L-H removes the attacker’s grasp on that side.
  • Grasp the attacker’s right wrist with your left hand.
  • Pull down on the attacker’s wrist and rotate your hips and strike the attacker’s left collarbone breaking it with your right shuto strike.
  • Transfer control of the attacker’s arm from the L-H to the R-H. This keeps the attacker off balance.
  • Spear-finger strike with the palm-up to the attacker’s throat below the chin.
