Part-1 Attacker: Assailant Punches

Part-2 Defender: Trap Shuto, Snap Kick and Scissor Block

• Trap the punch with the rear hand’
• Shuto strike with the lead hand.
• Front Snap Kick.

Part-3 Attacker: Assailant Grasp You for a Throw

Part-4 Defender: Heaven and Earth Block with Middle Block and Middle Punch

• Strike outside and down on one arm while simultaneously striking inside and out on the other.
• Block any attempt to punch or grab with a middle block while driving a punch to the attacker’s solar plexus.
