Part-1 Attacker: Grabs Lapels or Two-hand Chokes

Part-2 Defender: Elbow Wedge and Head Butt

• Bring both arms between the attacker’s arms. Circle inside to outside and wedge the attacker’s arms outwards.
• Push the attacker’s arms downward.
• Strike with your head as the attacker is pulled forwards.

Hidden Technique: Head-butt the attacker.
