Part- 1 Attacker: Garbs a Lapel

Part-2 Defender: Trap and Shuto Strike

• Trap the hand that has grabbed the lapel with the rear hand.
• Shuto strike with your lead hand to the attacker’s brachial plexus or collarbone.

Part- 3 Attacker: Punches with Free Hand

Part-4 Defender: Parry Block and Shuto Strike

• Parry block the punch with the lead hand.
• Step forwards and shuto strike the attacker’s collarbone with your other hand.
