Part-1 Attacker: Front Kicks
Part-2 Defender: Back-knuckles Ankle
  • Pull Back into a Cat Stance
  • Catch Foot by placing hand under the attacker’s heel.
  • Back Knuckle Strike to top or instep of the attacker’s foot.
Part-3 Defender Trap the Foot and Throw the Adversary
  • Maintain control of the attacker’s heel.
  • Grasp the top of the attacker’s foot and twist the foot counterclockwise.
