Attacker:

• Low diagonal strike

Defender:

• Circular Low block the opponent’s strike

Attacker:

• Horizontal strike with the rear of the Bo.

Defender:

• Pull the Bo upwards and block the horizontal strike.
• Strike down on top of the attacker’s instep.
