Note: The poke sets-up the strip.

Attacker:

• Attacker is in the guarding position.

Defender:

• Poke over the attacker’s Bo to the solar-plexus.
• Hook the end of the Bo behind the attacker’s lead hand.
• Step backwards and pull the opponent’s hand away from the weapon.
