Part-1 Attacker Bear Hugs from Behind
Part-2 Defender: Leg Throw
Information: This is a stretch interpretation, but it is a good self defense that I have actually used.
- Drive your hips into the attacker’s waist while leaning forwards breaking the attacker’s grip.
- Grasp his/her ankle.
Note: When the attacker pulls backwards naturally that is your que to make the leg throw.
- Lift the attacker’s leg upwards and arch backwards driving the attacker to the ground.
- Land on top of the attacker doubling the impact.
Warning: The attacker’s head will strike the ground.
